Do I need special socks? +
Grip socks are required for most active zones inside Space Jump for hygiene and safety reasons. You may bring your own Space Jump grip socks (if previously purchased) or purchase a new pair at the park. Our team will guide you at check-in.
Is Space Jump safe? +
Safety is our top priority. All attractions are supervised by trained staff, operated under strict safety guidelines, and regularly inspected and maintained. We also provide safety briefings before certain activities.
Are parents required to stay inside the park? +
Yes. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian inside the premises at all times. Parents may relax in designated seating areas while children play.
Is there an age or height requirement? +
Certain attractions may have specific age, height, or weight requirements for safety reasons. These vary by activity and location. Our team will guide you at the park.
Do I need to sign a waiver? +
Yes. All participants are required to complete a waiver form before participating in activities. This can usually be completed at the park or online depending on location.
What should we wear? +
We recommend comfortable athletic clothing. Avoid sharp objects or loose accessories. Hair should be tied back and avoid clothing that restricts movement such as scarves or long garments.
Can we bring outside food? +
Outside food and beverages are generally not permitted except for pre-booked birthday celebrations, infant food, or special dietary or medical needs. Policies may vary by location.
How early should we arrive? +
We recommend arriving at least 15–20 minutes before your booked time for check-in and briefing.
What if someone feels unwell during an activity? +
Please inform a staff member immediately. Our team is trained to assist and ensure participant safety at all times.
Do you host birthday parties and group events? +

Can I walk in without a booking? +
Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability. However we recommend booking in advance during weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
Are refunds or cancellations allowed? +
